HORIZON — A Floating Residential Vision
An exploration of mobile, sustainable, and sculptural living on water.
Category: Architectural Concept | High-Tech Housing
Area: ~ 250 m²
Software: Rhino + VisualARQ (BIM) | Cinema 4D + Octane Render | Photoshop
Status: Conceptual Project
HORIZON is a visionary architectural concept that redefines the modern home as a floating,
self-sufficient residence for coastal waters, lakes, and bays. Merging sustainability with luxury, it introduces a new typology of mobile living.
The design balances horizontality with dynamic geometry — its elongated form mirrors the waterline, while angled facades and cascading stairs add sculptural tension. Panoramic glazing, open terraces, and fluid spaces foster a seamless connection with the surrounding nature.

Crafted from lightweight composites, glass, and aluminum, the structure offers durability with minimal environmental impact. It rests on a reinforced concrete or polymer pontoon, designed for stability across varied water conditions.
Core sustainable features include:
– Solar panels for off-grid energy supply
– Advanced water purification systems
– High-efficiency insulation and climate control for year-round comfort, even in colder climates

The project integrates parametric design, BIM modeling, and advanced rendering techniques to realize a precise yet evocative architectural vision. HORIZON represents a new way of living—where architecture functions as both a mobile dwelling and a sculptural extension of the landscape.
